Health And Crystal Castles Tour + Exclusive Thrust Lab Remix

Los Angeles noise rockers Health kicked off a tour yesterday with electro champs Crystal Castles for a pretty sizable US tour. Keep an eye out for Health during 2008, apparently they're supposed to be the next big thing or something. However, it is a "noise rock" band, something that will surely throw a lot of people off. (Eh, they're all right.) Anyway, they released their debut last year on Lovepump United, and will be playing SXSW this year.
